Heather Rae
Hi Heather, thanks for taking the time out to be with us.

Firstly, I hear you’re releasing a new single, please can you tell us about that?
I am super excited!!! I was driving one day in Shrewsbury, MA and passed a street sign called Grace Avenue. I realized as a Christian I want to always stay on Grace Avenue. It is a beautiful gift to have from Jesus. I kept hearing “Grace Avenue” melody in my head. A few months later I got to go to Nashville, TN and finish the song with Olivia Lane, “ Women at the Well”, and her husband Chase, my vocal coach. Then I went home and finished the music and recording with my brother Jesse Brusa, in our recording studio IHM Studio’s.
Singer Songwriter
Where do you call home
I call home, Auburn, Massachusetts, USA

Do you prefer time in the studio of performing live?
I prefer performing live because I love how each show is unique, and I love people, so I get to connect with them more.

The Lord and my testimony. I left a relationship that wasn’t healthy and wrote a song “Baby Just Wait” about it, then three months later I had twelve songs, that became my ESCAPE album of my story.

Who is your biggest influence?
My loyal, but wonderful parents. They are always there supporting me and guiding me in the light. Truly blessed to have them on my side.

The song that means the most to you?
I would have to say “The River” by Jordan Feliz. , Because when I started listening to Christian music this was the first song I heard, that my brother, Jesse showed me.

Musically, I hope to bring hope, love, on a larger platform. My personal life, I hope to build a family by then.

Black Coffee

Do you play any instruments?
I do not, but love piano and guitar, sound so pretty.

Anything you’d like to mention?
The reason I am called “The WOO Girl” is because I see everyone as family and love everyone. I want to bring joy, love, comfort, hope, through my music. The WOO stands for Joy. We can have joy all day long. I hope you join the WOO movement with me.
