After receiving enthusiastic acclaim at every stop during their inaugural 2024 tour last week, Yorkshire metalcore rebels Waterlines are making waves with a slew of exciting announcements!
Foremost among them is the release of their latest single, "BRACE." This track stands out as the band's heaviest offering to date, delivering three minutes of relentless metalcore intensity destined to be the most powerful sound you'll encounter all year. The song's thematic weight matches its thunderous riffs, presenting a narrative of a plane journey with an ominous conclusion and capturing the final moments of existence when everything unravels.
Featuring a distinctive mosh call-out – "None of us will ever see another time, another place, so put your head between your legs and let me see you ****ing BRACE" – experiencing this song in a live setting will be akin to a musical explosion reverberating through mosh pits nationwide. Already garnering attention from notable figures like Kerrang Radio's Alex Baker and Radio 1's Alyx Holcombe, "BRACE" is poised for impact as it unveils the ascent of one of the UK's most rapidly rising metal bands!
BRACE. is now also available to stream on your platform of choice.
Having just completed four very rowdy shows with their new friends Cabin Boy Jumped Ship, October Ends and Iridium, Waterlines have straight away announced two more batches of live shows! They'll be hitting the road at both the start and end of May for two long weekends of metal mayhem.Â
At the start of May, they'll be teaming up with Mancunian metalcore specialists The Human Veil for three shows in Nottingham, Leeds and The Human Veil's hometown show in Manchester. At the end of the month, Waterlines head out for a trio of shows in London, Wakefield and Bolton with tech-metal / metalcore maestros Eschalon. The Bolton chapter of the Waterlines fan club were out in force, as that show sold out in a matter of hours! Full details of all shows on both tours can be found below:
